Article 3 - Offer

Each order implies acceptance of the price and the description of the products available for sale.

(i) that the number of delivered packages corresponds to the indications on the transport document (DDT) and the invoice;
(ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or altered in any way, including the materials used for sealing the package.
The customer must immediately contest any potential damage to the packaging and/or products or an error in the number of packages or non-compliance with the indications by placing a written control reservation on the delivery receipt.
After signing the delivery receipt, the customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the delivery.
When the customer orders products on the website www.prokeycoach.com to be delivered outside the European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the package reaches its destination.
Any additional customs clearance fees will be borne by the seller; Prokeycoach SA has no control over these fees.
Depending on the delivery country and associated shipping and customs fees, Prokeycoach reserves the right not to deliver to these specific countries.
In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded for the order amount. They cannot demand compensation fees.
No compensation or interest will be granted, regardless of the reasons for Prokeycoach SA's decision not to deliver the goods.
Duration
Online sales offers presented on the site are valid, in the absence of a specific duration indication, as long as the products are listed in the online shop and within the limits of available stocks.
Prokeycoach SA undertakes to make the TicTak Skills Application available for at least 2 years from the date of purchase by the customer.
Beyond these 2 years, the company reserves the right to suspend access to the TicTak Skills Application or modify access conditions.

To place an order, the consumer, after filling their virtual cart with selected products and desired quantities, clicks on the Order button and provides information regarding delivery and payment method.

Furthermore, the customer agrees to take out any insurance related to the product during transport. The customer agrees to provide, upon the Seller's first request, a copy of the insurance certificates.
Therefore, no claim for credit or exchange of a missing, damaged, or lost product after leaving the Seller's warehouses can be made by the Customer against the Seller for the product for which the Customer is responsible for insurance in this regard.
Article 8 - Return conditions
The consumer has a fourteen-day right of return from the receipt of the order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund, excluding return costs, which remain their responsibility.
