Phase 1: Discovery and calibration with Prokeycoach

• Initial session: Profiling of motor preferences, personalized calibration and video analysis.
• This first skatemill session one to one reveals your skating style and the key adjustments to perform at your best.

Phase 2: Three-level improvement course

• Develop your potential with three progressive levels of training for optimal follow-up:Levels 1, 2, and 3: Packs of 3 skating sessions at each level (CHF 150 per session).
• As you progress through these three levels, your skating style becomes more natural and efficient.
• Price per level: CHF 450
