This Level 1 course consists of two modules:
Module 1:
3 days of multi-disciplinary activities: golf, field hockey, skiing, fitness, soccer, running.
Module 2:
2 days immersed in your sport. In our field hockey camp, with us on the ski slopes, on the golf green, in a fitness center, etc.
