Instagram competition rules - Prokeycoach

Article 1 : Organization

The Prokeycoach company (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is organizing a free, no-obligation competition entitled “Win your place at one of our Hockey Camps”, accessible via its official Instagram account.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition is open to anyone meeting the following criteria: 

1. Reside in France, Switzerland or any other European country. 

2. Be aged 13 or over (minors must have parental authorization). 

3. Have an active and public Instagram account. 

Not eligible to participate: 

- Members of the Prokeycoach team and their families (spouses, ascendants, descendants, collaterals). 

- Persons using fraudulent means such as multiple accounts or automated software. 

Article 3: Participation conditions

To participate, candidates must: 

1. Follow the official Prokeycoach Instagram account. 

2. Leave a comment specifying: 

   - The camp they're playing for: 

     - Fribourg: Skating & Shooting Clinics 

     - Fribourg : Goalies Camp 

     - Fribourg : Kids Camp : Skills Clinics 

     - Fribourg : Girls Camp : Skating & Shooting Clinics 

     - Anglet : Summer Camp Shooting & Scoring / Speed & Head Speed Camp 

     - Ticino : Morning Pros Session / Summer Camp. 

   - The objective they wish to improve during the course (speed, shooting or mindset). 

3. Tag a friend with whom they would like to participate. 

4. Share the post as a story, mentioning @Prokeycoach. 

Only one entry per person is allowed. 

Article 4 : Prize

The winner will win a place at the field hockey camp of their choice from those mentioned in article 3. 

Specific conditions relating to the prize:

- The prize is nominative, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. 

- Transportation, accommodation or other related expenses are not covered.  Unless otherwise stated.

- Prokeycoach reserves the right to accept or refuse the winner's participation, in particular on the basis of his/her level of play, state of health, age or any other relevant criterion. In the event of refusal, the winner will not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation. 

- The winner may be redirected to a more suitable course, at Prokeycoach's discretion.

- Prokeycoach also reserves the right to cancel the course for any reason it deems relevant, without the winner being able to claim any reimbursement or compensation for the prize. 

Article 5: Designation of the winner

The draw will take place on December 23, 2024 at 12pm using a random selection tool. 

The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another participant may be chosen as the winner. 

Article 6: Exclusion of liability

The Organizer declines all responsibility in the following cases: 

- Technical problems preventing participation (Instagram breakdowns, internet connection, etc.). 

- Cancellation or modification of the course for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, weather conditions, etc.). 

- Non-compliance by the winner with the conditions mentioned in article 4. 

Article 7 : Protection of personal data

Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and the awarding of the prize. It will not be communicated to third parties. 

In accordance with current legislation, participants may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting: contact@prokeycoach.com. 

Article 8: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules. 

Article 9: Legal notice

This competition is not sponsored, organized or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with the game.
